We have your fall offerings!
Fall is just around the corner and if you’re thinking ahead like we are, we have just the beer and wine for you. From Pumpkin Ale to dry Riesling. Delicious….and sometimes even a little spooky.
Get them while they last!
Cambridge Brewing Company “The Great Pumpkin”
New England’s first and CBC’s most sought after seasonal beer, The Great Pumpkin Ale, is back in bottles and on draft! We are very proud to be brewing with locally-grown sugar pumpkins from our friends at The Farm School in Athol, and Wilson Farms in Lexington. We’re also using organic barley that was grown in MA and then small-batch malted by our friends at Valley Malt in Hadley, MA.
Prairie Artisan Ales “Pumpkin Kerfuffle”
Imperial Sour Beer with Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend and Toasted Marshmallow Flavor (get those pumpkin beer shelves ready!)
Our spooky brown ale is brewed with a frightening amount of malts. This disturbingly dark ale creeps up on you and scares the maltiness into your life.
Weinbau Paetra Spider Label Riesling
Our 2019 Willamette Valley Riesling is from the first several harvest passes of three vineyards in three AVA’s (Eola-Amity Hills, Yamhill-Carlton, And the new Van Duzer Corridor). The Clones, soil types and ripeness at picking all vary and the result is both complex and more importantly, delicious! The wines were co-fermented in Stainless-Steel using native yeast without chemical intervention. 11% alc. A sparce 3 g/L RS, 10g/L TA. It shows granny smith apple, citrus, and pineapple with a pear blossom aroma and a salty minerality. Our flagship wine!
