Eden Specialty Ciders, a leading U.S. producer of hand-crafted harvest and ice ciders, is excited to launch a new small batch canned cider “Trail Sider”. Trail Sider is a sour cider blended with raw honey from Northwoods Apiaries in Westfield, VT and infused with fresh lemon balm from Wilson Herb Farm in Greensboro, VT. It is fantastically refreshing on a hot day, and perfect to take on a hike or a kayak. 100% Vermont apples, fermented to a sour profile, then blended with local raw honey and infused with fresh-picked lemon balm. Tangy, slightly sweet, hazy, thirst-quenching, all natural and delicious.
