This Eau de Vie was sourced from a highbush, 40-year-old blueberry field in Forest Grove, Oregon. The fermentations were done at Patricia Green Cellars by a team of some of Oregon's most experienced winemakers and the distillation was expertly done to preserve the essence of blueberry. The distillate is aged for a year in a combination of glass balloons and stainless steel. Enjoy on its own for its silky texture and delicious flavor or add magic to a cocktail.
